Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or use the store with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details and not to use the store for unlawful purposes, fraud, infringement, or interference with its operation.

Products and orders

Products are made to order by our production partners. Review the description, size chart, selected options, and shipping address before placing your order. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. The checkout displays the applicable price, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes before you submit your order.

We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unavailable products, or a material listing or pricing error. If this affects a paid order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled items. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; we cannot guarantee changes once production begins.

Shipping and refunds

Production and delivery estimates and shipping offers are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Content and third-party services

Our original designs, branding, photographs, and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the rights holder. Third-party services and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Marketing subscriptions are optional, and you can unsubscribe from promotional emails.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep store information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of the website or events beyond our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
